Sevak is a BABICM registered practitioner case manager whose discipline is physiotherapy. He has a wealth of experience working with clients of all ages with complex needs. He provides a holistic approach to case management, focusing on clients with complex orthopaedic injuries, amputations, spinal cord injuries of all levels, traumatic brain injuries, hemiplegia, birth injuries / Cerebral Palsy, complex fractures, and elderly care.

Sevak has over a decade of experience working in clinical and sports environment. Having successfully completed the comprehensive Community Case Management Services pathway, he applies all of this experience when working as case manager managing a multi-disciplinary team of rehabilitative treating therapists to increase independent functioning and re-engagement with the community thereby increasing quality of life.

Sevak recognises the unique demands and complexities of each client to include family dynamics tailoring his approach to meet specific needs effectively.

His experience supporting a family member with Cerebral Palsy has provided him with a good insider understanding of the physical, social, and emotional needs of such individuals and their families. This first-hand knowledge allows him to empathise with his clients' personal desires and challenges and provide quality of life solutions to meet their needs efficiently.

Sevak puts great store in the importance of maintaining ongoing communication, which he considers fundamental to successful case management. By establishing clear and regular communication, benefiting from his multilingual abilities, he adopts trust, engagement, and collaboration amongst all parties.
