We are seeking skilled and experienced support workers to join a small but growing team. We are looking for experienced individuals to work with our client within her own home, which is located in a small village near Cirencester.

The position would suit candidates who have experience supporting individuals with complex health needs.  

You should be bright, energetic, and motivated with a robust personality.

You should be quick and free thinking, enabling her to lead a life that is fulfilling and meaningful, maximising her physical and psychological well-being and promoting her safety at all times.

The role involves providing help and assistance with all activities of daily living, building, developing, and nurturing a therapeutic relationship with her to support her to continue to achieve her therapeutic goals.

You will work closely with the relevant professionals including treating therapists, implementing her rehabilitative therapy programme, and facilitating social activities; as well as supporting her in all aspects of her life.

Shifts on a rota system to include mornings, evening, and nights. 36 hours per week.

Rates of pay £15.25 per hour Monday to Friday, £17.25 per hour Saturday and Sunday. Double pay on bank holidays.  

An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable. Otherwise, the applicant must be willing to undertake Care Certificate training.

All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Adult and Child Workforce Barring.  Full training will be provided. A full driving licence is essential.
