We are seeking an experienced support worker on a Bank basis, to work with a gentleman who has an acquired brain injury living in the Pershore area.

The successful applicant will join a well-established Support Team under the guidance of a Team Leader and Case Manager.

Our client is wheelchair dependant and requires help with all of his daily activities, including personal care. Care is provided 24/7 on a 2:1 basis.

He leads an active life and enjoys visiting local attractions such as motor shows and festivals, as well as going out into town for coffee.

The successful candidate will be expected to work to the care plans and prescribed therapy programmes set out by our client’s team of therapists.

Our client seeks someone who is well organised, flexible and has proficient IT skills.

Competitive rates of pay.

An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable, otherwise the applicant must be willing to undertake the Care Certificate. Full training is provided.

All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Adult and Child Workforce Barring.  A full driving licence is essential.
