Rebecca has attended many Brain / Spinal Injury and other Rehabilitation conferences and courses to maintain her knowledge and working practice.
Rebecca has completed the Community Case Management Services pathway to Lead Case Management level, which has provided her with a high level of understanding of the role of the case manager and the litigation process as well as its impact on clients and their families.
With this in mind, monthly case management updates with action plans and goals are made available. All appointed treating therapists are screened before being appointed and what is expected of them in regard to working to set goals and the need to evaluate and provide justification of costs and therapy regularly.
Rebecca was very fortunate to have grown up in rural Devon. Her father was a single-handed GP and this has given her a lifelong experience of medical input and community-based rehabilitation and care. She is able to draw on these experiences and understanding of family dynamics within her current practice, the need to be flexible and responsive to the needs of others. Rebecca is very committed to all those that she is privileged to work with and aims to meet all the challenges that are presented to her.
Rebecca is married with two children, who pursue sporting and various social activities.
