*Female Rehabilitation Assistant

Ref: AM/BS

The role will involve working with a young lady with complex cerebral palsy. She has a fun-loving personality and enjoys engaging in a wide variety of activities such as hydrotherapy, rebound therapy, shopping and socialising.

The successful applicant will need to be able to be responsive and able to think outside the box for activities, have a fun personality as well as being able to work alongside the professional treating therapy team.

This role will include working with treating therapists, implementing a rehabilitation programme, and supporting within a wide variety of activities.

There will be some time spent at the family home and engaging with family. Enthusiastic, caring and patient person sought to work with this energetic young lady. Our client seeks someone who is well organised and flexible.

All training is provided through relevant courses and ongoing therapist training.

All posts are subject to DBS Enhanced Disclosure. Full training will be provided. A full driving licence is desirable.

Working hours: 36 hours per week.


An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable. Otherwise, the applicant must be willing to undertake Care Certificate training.

All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Adult Workforce Barring.  Full training will be provided. A full driving licence is essential.
