Senior *Female Rehabilitation Support Worker

Our client has transitioned from a nursing home to independent living with a care team based in the Stourbridge area, close to her family.

We seek a motivated, patient and caring senior support worker who is flexible, able to support leading an established team and keen to make a difference to our client’s quality of life and support her to live in her own home.

You must have experience of working with clients with a brain injury, challenging behaviour and mental health issues.

It would be of additional benefit if you share some of our client’s interest in nature, conservation, yoga, classical music, dance, poetry or arts and crafts.

Working hours: 7am -7pm, 36 hours per week on a rota basis with additional hours to cover holidays and sickness.

Induction and training will be provided with the client. A full UK Driving License is an essential requirement for the position.

An NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable. Otherwise, the applicant must be willing to undertake Care Certificate training.

All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Adult Workforce Barring.  Full training will be provided.
