Experienced Buddy/PA

This position will be working with a young man with and acquired brain injury and epilepsy.  The role will involve providing support within daily living and all activities. The role will include working with the young man and his family within and out of the family home.

The role will involve looking into different activities, possible college course and arranging sessions. Enthusiastic, caring, and patient person sought to work with this energetic young man.

There may be the need to work with treating therapists.

Working hours: 36 Hours, Day, and night shifts available.

Our client seeks someone who is well organised, flexible and an interest in cars would be very beneficial. There will be opportunities to go on holiday with the client and you will work as part of a team.

An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable. Otherwise, the applicant must be willing to undertake Care Certificate training.

All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Adult Workforce Barring.  Full training will be provided. A full driving licence is essential.
