The role will consist of driving our client home from school and provide support outside of school and weekends. The role will include working with treating therapists, implementing rehabilitation programmes and supporting at after school activities. There will be some time spent at the family home and engaging with the family.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring and patient person to work with this energetic young girl.
Previous experience is preferable, but a passion for care is essential.
Working hours: 16 hours per week.
Our client seeks someone who is well organised and flexible.
An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable. Otherwise the applicant must be willing to undertake Care Certificate training.
All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Child Workforce Barring. Full training will be provided through relevant courses and ongoing therapist training. A full driving licence is essential along with access to your own vehicle.
