Full-Time Support Worker
The successful applicant will work alongside six other support workers under the guidance of a Team Leader and Case Manager.
Our client is wheelchair dependant and requires help with all of his daily activities including personal care.
The support worker will be expected to work to the care plans and prescribed therapy programmes set out by our client’s team of therapists.
Working hours: 36 hours per week over a 24-hour rotational rota.
Our client seeks someone who is well organised, flexible and has proficient IT skills.
An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable, otherwise the applicant must be willing to undertake the Care Certificate. Applicants must have up to date core Mandatory Training certificates or be willing to undertake training.
All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Adult Workforce Barring. Full training will be provided. A full driving licence is essential.
