*Female Part-Time PA/Care Support Assistant

Our client is looking to recruit a part-time personal assistant/care support assistant to work alongside an established, experienced care team.  The successful applicant will support our client in the adapted family home and on outings and visits.

Experience of supporting people with complex physical and communication challenges would be desirable, along with experience of hoisting and wheelchair use.

Working hours: There are various hours available to fit in with the team rota, to include:

  • Term-time weekdays between 16.00pm and 21.30pm.
  • Term-time overnights between 16.00pm and 08.00am.
  • Term-time weekends.
  • School holidays -all hours.

Our client seeks someone who is well organised with a willingness to learn and use mobility equipment.  In addition to being IT literate and happy to work alongside qualified therapists, be a team player and flexible.

An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable. Otherwise the applicant must be willing to undertake Care Certificate training.

All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Adult and Child Workforce Barring.  Full training will be provided. A full driving licence is essential.
