Experienced *Female Support Workers
Our client is wheelchair dependent and requires 2 to 1 care, we are seeking flexible support workers for a new care package. There are a variety of new hours become available due to our clients increased care needs.
Posts are both full time and part time, however applicants must be able to work split shifts on a rolling rota, including weekends and be flexible to the needs of our client. Shifts vary between 8.00am - 10.30am and 3.00pm -7.00pm, and two long days.
Applicants should have previous experience of working with clients with complex needs and be confident to work alone and as part of a team. They must also have a high level of mental and physical stamina.
Full induction and training will be given.
Our client seeks someone who is well organised and flexible and who is able to work weekends.
An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable. Otherwise the applicant must be willing to undertake Care Certificate training.
You will be considered if new to care and can demonstrate a caring background or voluntary experience.
All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Adult Workforce Barring. A full driving licence is essential.
