*Female Rehabilitation Support Worker
Our client has transitioned from a nursing home to independent living with a care team based in the Stourbridge area, close to her family.
You must have experience of working with clients with a brain injury, challenging behaviour and mental health issues.
Induction and training will be provided with the client. We seek motivated, patient and caring support workers who are flexible and keen to make a difference to our client’s quality of life and support her to live in her own home.
It would be of additional benefit if you share some of our client’s interest in nature, conservation, classical music, dance, poetry or arts and crafts.
Hours: 24 hours per calendar month equating to 2x12 hour shifts plus as and required, worked as day shifts or night shifts dependent on rota. Our client seeks someone who is well organised and flexible. Driver essential.
An NVQ Level 2 or higher in Health and Social Care is essential.
All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Adult Workforce Barring.
Full training will be provided. A full driving clean licence is essential.
