Experienced *Female Children’s Buddy/PA

Our client is a bright fun-loving girl, who has mild Cerebral Palsy affecting her speech and mobility. She loves horse riding.

The role will involve supporting with care and activities of daily living and attending community activities. Assisting with her therapy programme, working closely with the relevant professionals and supporting her parents in the family home. The ideal candidate would need to have a love of animals to be able to support our client attending horse riding activities.

Our client seeks someone who is well organised. The successful applicant will also need to do some light domestic duties where required.

Working hours: A variety of part time shifts available to include Monday to Friday 7.00am to 9.30am, three afternoons per week 3.00pm to 8.00pm, weekends and 8.00am to 8.00pm school holidays.  Applicants must be flexible.

An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable.  Otherwise, the applicant must be willing to undertake the Care Certificate training.

All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Child Workforce Barring.  Full training will be provided. A full driving licence is essential.
