A bright, energetic and motivated person with a robust personality required to work with our client in a rehabilitation and support role. Our client is located in Cwmbran, Wales.
You should be quick and free thinking, enabling her to lead a life that is fulfilling and meaningful. Maximising her physical and psychological well-being and promoting her safety at all times
Giving help and assistance with all activities of daily living, building, developing and nurturing a therapeutic relationship with her to support her through the next phase of her life and transition into independent living.
You will work closely with the relevant professionals & treating therapists implementing the client’s rehabilitative therapy programme, and facilitating social activities.
Shifts on a rota system to include mornings, evening, weekends, sleep-in and wake-in nights. We are recruiting both full and part time support workers.
All posts are subject to DBS Enhanced Disclosure. Experience in care is essential. Full training will be provided. A full driving licence is essential.
