Support Worker required for a young man with a Cerebral Palsy living in Fiskerton Nottinghamshire.
Our client needs assistance with personal care and support to develop his independence and interests. He enjoys going on excursions, attends scouts, youth group and he is supported to enjoy a wide variety of activities.
Working hours will be 16-24 hours a week. Shifts will be weekdays: 7-10am, 2.30-10, Saturdays 9-7.30, and Sundays 8-30 -7.30 and Sleep in Night Shifts 10-7am. We are also looking for a relief support worker to cover shifts as required.
All posts are subject to DBS Enhanced Disclosure. Some experience of working with children in a care or educational settings is desirable. Full training will be provided. A full driving licence is essential.
