*Female Support Worker
The successful candidate will have a resilient and robust personality, with a positive attitude and outlook on life. Additional requirements include being empathetic and understanding. Good communication skills are essential.
The role involves facilitating activities of daily living, including help with socialising, exercise and independent living skills. Planning structure and routine within each day.
Hours available 24 p/w to include weekday, weekend, night-time and bank holidays.
Candidates would be expected to have the initiative to work unsupervised while taking direction from the Team Leader and Management team.
All posts are subject to DBS Enhanced Disclosure. Full training will be provided. A full driving licence is essential.
