*Female Support Worker

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a part time *Female Support Worker to work with our client who lives in the Stevenage area.

Our client is a bubbly young woman with an acquired brain injury. She requires support and assistance to develop her interests, participate with activities, and to enhance her opportunities in the community.

The Support Worker will work as a ‘buddy’ and the role will involve helping with aspects of the client’s personal care, developing her independence, supporting with voluntary work, drama group, attending the gym, working closely with the relevant professionals and assisting with a physiotherapy programme.

The days of work are 16 hours a week, Mondays and Wednesdays. Applicants must be flexible in regards to hours of work.

All posts are subject to DBS Enhanced Disclosure.  Full training will be provided. A full driving licence is essential.
